Senior System Administrator (m/w/d) E-Commerce

This top employer has been at home in Cologne for over 20 years and is one of the most well-known companies in e-commerce. For a small team of 7 system engineers, we are looking for another colleague who wants to help manage up to 400 workstations.

Tasks

• Supporting internal IT
• Operating and optimizing the email infrastructure based on Exchange Online, including email security
• Providing and maintaining Windows servers as well as identity and access management through Active Directory or Entra ID
• Co-designing existing and future network architecture (firewall, switch, and Wi-Fi) as well as monitoring network performance and availability
• Independent analysis and solution-oriented troubleshooting of possible 2nd- and 3rd-level problems

Qualification

• A successful completed education and several years of professional experience

• In-depth knowledge of

• current Exchange Online infrastructures as well as

• Entra ID or Active Directory

• Experience in automation with PowerShell

• Excellent communication skills, an analytical and practical working style, and the willingness to work in a collaborative environment

• Very good English as well as good German language skills
