Senior Sustainability Manager

Job Purpose The Senior Sustainability Manager is responsible for spearheading the organization’s sustainability agenda across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) pillars. This role will work cross-functionally to implement strategic sustainability initiatives, improve reporting practices, and ensure alignment with global standards. Key Responsibilities Sustainability Strategy & Leadership Lead the development and execution of company-wide sustainability strategies and roadmaps. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive sustainability report, ensuring compliance with global reporting frameworks. Ensure alignment with company-wide goals and objectives. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders, including employees, customers, and investors. Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization. Reporting & Analysis Develop and maintain a comprehensive sustainability reporting framework, ensuring compliance with global reporting frameworks. Analyze and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards sustainability goals. Ensure transparency and accountability in sustainability reporting. Certifications & Training Stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability certifications, training, and best practices.
