Senior Sustainability Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and promote corporate and data center sustainability goals, ensuring alignment with both financial and environmental objectives. Design, implement, and manage systems to streamline sustainability reporting and information sharing, ensuring accuracy and impact. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set and achieve key performance indicators related to sustainability initiatives. Stay informed about current best practices in corporate responsibility, and contribute to the development of sustainability strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners, to promote sustainability and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide expertise and support to other teams and departments to integrate sustainability considerations into their operations and decision-making processes. Identify and prioritize opportunities for sustainability improvements, and develop and implement plans to achieve these improvements. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainability initiatives, and make recommendations for future improvements. Develop and maintain a comprehensive sustainability reporting framework, and ensure that sustainability metrics and indicators are integrated into the company's overall reporting and performance measurement processes. Collaborate with other teams and departments to develop and implement sustainability-related policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide training and support to employees on sustainability-related topics, and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in sustainability, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve and enhance the company's sustainability performance.
