Support Worker - Semi-Independent Accommodation (Croydon & Sutton) About Us We provide safe, nurturing semi-independent accommodation and bespoke support for young people, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need for independent living. We work to the highest care standards, ensuring a positive and structured environment for every young person we support. What You'll Do Support young people in gaining essential life skills: cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, shopping, budgeting, time management, and emotional regulation. This will involve supporting them with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and household chores, as well as providing guidance on managing their finances, making healthy lifestyle choices, and developing a sense of self-worth. You'll also work closely with the young people to identify their goals and aspirations, and help them develop a plan to achieve these. This may involve supporting them in accessing education, training, or employment opportunities, or helping them to build relationships with friends and family.
