Senior Support Worker - Children’s Homes Location: Littlehampton Salary: from £31,231 per annum plus an additional £3k - £6k pa for sleep-ins (4 – 8 sleep ins per month at £62.64 per each) Hours: Full time long day shifts plus sleep ins. We are looking for an experienced, resilient and nurturing Support worker to join our 5 bed family home, caring for young people who have sometimes social and emotional difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be part of a team that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people. This is a challenging but rewarding role, requiring someone with a strong sense of empathy and understanding. If you are passionate about working with children and young people, have excellent communication skills and can work as part of a team, we would like to hear from you.
