Senior Support Worker - Adult Supported Living

Senior Support Worker – Adult Supported Living Atrium Healthcare, on behalf of our client, is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join a supportive team providing care to adults with learning and physical disabilities . As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll help individuals with daily living tasks including personal care, budgeting, domestic duties, and community activities . You will play a key role in promoting independence and improving quality of life. Responsibilities: Support services will include, but not be limited to, assisting with personal care, managing budgets, supporting with domestic duties, and facilitating community activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting to the team leader. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in a related field, such as social work, nursing, or education. You will also have experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities, and be able to demonstrate a commitment to promoting independence and improving quality of life.
