As a Senior Support Officer, you will be part of a team that provides support and guidance to teachers, schools, and the wider education community. Key responsibilities | Ngā kaupapa whai pānga The key responsibilities of this role include: Providing support and guidance to teachers, schools, and the wider education community Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including teachers, principals, and other education professionals Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement initiatives that improve student outcomes Identifying and addressing systemic barriers to student success Providing expert advice and guidance on educational matters. Requirements | Ngā whakaritenga This role requires: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., education, social sciences) At least 2 years of experience working in an education-related role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
