Requirements

• Bachelor's degree;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in analytical or operational roles;
• Basic English reading skills;
• Advanced knowledge of data manipulation and Google tools;
• Analytical profile, good communication, proactivity, and project management capabilities;
• Experience with Google Sheets and Looker;
• Attitude towards problem-solving;
• Ability to prioritize and organize;
• Ease of relationship with different hierarchical levels;
• Availability for hybrid work 2x a week near Av. Paulista.

Main Responsibilities:

• Treat and analyze databases and systems to generate information that supports tactical and strategic decisions;
• Identify operational problems, propose solutions based on data, and support process improvement;
• Monitor daily regional operations, tracking indicators and alerting deviations;
• Contribute to the development and execution of production plans for bases and regions.
