Senior Supply-Chain-Recruiter (m/w/d)

An established services company with its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main is looking for a Senior Supply-Chain-Recruiter.

The company is part of a larger, internationally positioned corporate group and offers its business customers solutions around warehouse, dispatch, and distribution processes.

Tasks

• You will take over the control and responsibility for the entire recruiting process up to successful placement with clear focus on commercial employees.
• In close cooperation with the job center, you will plan and lead candidate days as well as selection procedures on site.
• You will proactively approach potential candidates through various channels and maintain the applicant database.
• To efficiently pre-qualify and select suitable applicants - both commercially and professionally - you will organize and conduct structured interviews.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders, personnel services, as well as the employer branding team.
• To ensure a smooth and scalable project setup, you will analyze recruiting key figures and optimize processes continuously.

Qualification

• You have completed a degree in business administration (BWL), economics, economic psychology or a comparable commercial education.
• You possess fundamental experience in recruiting.
• Ideal candidates would also bring knowledge of the regional labor market in supply chain with them.
• Your strong communication skills and organizational talent are matched by your structured, self-responsible working style.
• You convince linguistically with very good German and good English language skills in speech and writing.
