Senior Supplier Quality & Process Improvement Engineer

A leading semiconductor firm in Singapore seeks a Quality Supplier Manager / Senior Quality Engineer to oversee the quality and operational performance of suppliers. You will monitor supplier performance, contribute to technical improvements, and work closely with various teams to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, extensive experience in supply chain processes, and exceptional communication skills. This role may involve limited travel and supports accounts in Singapore. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement; • Conducting supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their performance, capabilities, and potential risks; • Providing technical guidance and support to suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance; • Maintaining accurate records of supplier performance, audit results, and corrective actions taken; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
