This is a senior, KPI-driven role intended for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in electrical engineering, specifically in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of high-voltage substations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of power system operations, transmission and distribution systems, and substation equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical leadership and oversight for high-voltage substation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation strategies. • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and technologies to continuously improve processes and deliver high-quality results. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of high-voltage substations. • Strong understanding of power system operations, transmission and distribution systems, and substation equipment. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
