Coordinate, supervise and control the technical-operational team in the execution of scheduled maintenance services, ensuring their timely and proper completion according to established contracts, as well as policies and procedures. Additionally, ensure the correct installation and conditioning of new equipment and guarantee complete customer satisfaction with technical service.

• Monitor the maintenance, conditioning and repair plan for equipment in conjunction with the supervisor.
• Supervise inventory control and tool management for the area.
• Provide technical guidance on repairs and equipment conditioning.
• Ensure compliance with the 5S methodology in the workshop.
• Verify that personnel have personal protective equipment (EPP) and necessary training for their activities.
• Coordinate and monitor service and conditioning requests along with the supervisor.
• Lead and participate in programming meetings to track preventive, corrective and conditioning maintenance, as well as continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN).
• Implement and monitor action plans to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Language: Intermediate English (able to read and write technical reports).
• Education: Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Availability for travel.

• Normatives and procedures ISO.
• Industrial Safety and compliance with regulations in the area.
• Preparation of technical reports.
• Measurement, analysis and tracking of KPI’s.
