Senior Subject Matter Expert - US History

We seek a Curriculum Designer / Subject Matter Expert for Social Studies/ Humanities for one of our US-based K12 clients. Important Note : The candidate must work the 1-10 PM (IST) shift. Summary Description: The Associate Gap Content & Curriculum Support Specialist applies content knowledge and instructional design principles to create digital and print instructional materials across products, subject areas, and grade levels. This position also provides support for reviewing and resolving curriculum-related issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring alignment with client requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop high-quality educational content for US History, including lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia resources. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in instructional design and content quality across products. • Provide subject matter expertise and support for reviewing and resolving curriculum-related issues. • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences. • Stay up-to-date with changes in US History education, including new standards, research, and best practices. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in instructional design, educational technology, and subject matter expertise. • Work closely with the Curriculum Development team to ensure alignment with client requirements and internal processes. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the US History curriculum and its application across different grade levels and products. • Provide support for reviewing and resolving curriculum-related issues, including analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new instructional materials and resources. • Ensure that all educational content meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the US History curriculum and its application across different grade levels and products.
