Senior Subgerente of Service

Coordinate, supervise and control the technical-operational team in the execution of scheduled maintenance services, ensuring their compliance on time and in accordance with established contracts, as well as policies and procedures. Additionally, ensure the correct installation and conditioning of new equipment and guarantee complete customer satisfaction in the provision of technical service.

• Monitor maintenance, conditioning, and repair plans for equipment together with the supervisor.
• Supervise inventory control and tool management for the area.
• Provide technical advice on repairs and equipment conditioning.
• Ensure compliance with the 5S methodology in the workshop.
• Verify that personnel have personal protective equipment (EPP) and necessary training for their activities.
• Coordinate and monitor service requests and conditioning together with the supervisor.
• Lead and participate in programming meetings to track preventive, corrective, and conditioning maintenance, as well as continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN).
• Implement and track action plans to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Language: Intermediate English (able to read and write technical reports).
• Education: Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Availability for travel.

• ISO standards and procedures.
• Industrial Safety and compliance with regulations in the area.
• Preparation of technical reports.
• Measurement, analysis, and tracking of KPI's.
