As Leitender Fotograf & Studio Manager (m/w/d), you not only take the camera but also take responsibility: You lead up to 4 photo studios, manage workflows, and ensure that our customers leave with a smile – and great images.

Your Tasks:

• Lead your team and lead the teams of up to 4 photo studios: Motivate and develop your team to achieve high performance. Plan and organize tasks to ensure a smooth workflow in the studio
• Create unforgettable moments: You set up photoshoots independently – from preparation to shooting to image processing
• Foster young talent: Support our apprentices together with the trainer in their professional development and pass on your knowledge
• Ensure quality: Take responsibility for the quality of our work and ensure satisfied customers
• Work as a team: Work closely with your team and operations manager to support the implementation of strategic goals. Support your junior studio managers at their locations and accompany them in their development.
• Be creative: Develop new ideas, implement creative projects, and ensure fresh air in the studio
• Become a customer magnet: Actively expand our customer base through targeted approaches to passersby. Initiate and lead regular actions with your team to win new customers and increase customer satisfaction

Your Profile:

• You have a photography education, successfully completed in retail or gastronomy, or bring relevant experience as an external candidate in people and portrait photography
• You already have at least 2 years of experience in the photo studio world
• Your knowledge of common image editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop is secure
• Leadership talent: You have already gained leadership experience and can inspire people with your work
• Organized and structured: You always keep the overview, take over scheduling and are concerned with continuously optimizing processes
• Communicative and friendly: You enjoy dealing with people and are a team player
• Customer-oriented: You have an open ear for customer wishes and can inspire them
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are self-evident to you
