Senior Student Counsellor

Overview We are seeking a Senior Student Counsellor to engage with students and provide first-level counselling. The primary responsibility is to reach out to prospective students from our database, explain our services, and convert them into leads by scheduling a counselling session with the company owner (either virtual or in-person). Thereafter, you will also follow-up with the student via phone calls & WhatsApp via a proper strategy (without being pushy and salesy) to convert the student for further education. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in counselling students. Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; - Experience in counselling students (preferably in an educational setting); - Strong organisational and time management skills; - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
