Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; CPEng, NER, or Engineers Australia registration.
• 6–10+ years in structural engineering, with a focus on high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects in the Australian market.
• Proficiency in structural design (concrete, steel), software (e.g., ETABS, RAM), and knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC.
• Experience managing projects, mentoring teams, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
• Communication skills, problem-solving, and innovation in design solutions.
