Job description
Scope of duties: Structural strength calculations (analytical and numerical) Calculations: linear, nonlinear, buckling, vibrations Determination of safety factors Strength analysis of joints and structural assemblies Preliminary dimensioning of structures Computational verification of repair designs Preparation of calculation reports and presentations Verification of structural drawings for compliance with calculation documentation Preparation of static and fatigue test programs and analysis of results Requirements: Higher technical education, specialization in aircraft structure strength – a necessary requirement 5-7 years of experience in the area of analysis Basic knowledge of CAD systems (e.g., Catia v5, NX) Knowledge of Altair HyperMesh and Nastran programs – a necessary requirement Ability to perform analytical strength calculations Knowledge of working with aircraft thin-walled structures Knowledge of aircraft structure loads Knowledge of English at a level of fluent communication, also in a technical, professional dimension Nice to have: Experience working in a design office Knowledge of airworthiness regulations (Part21 / EMAR21, certification regulations, in particular subparts C, D, G) Ability to program in Python, VBA Knowledge of the Abaqus tool Knowledge of material strength Knowledge of technical drawing Knowledge of Spanish We offer: Private medical care Sports card subsidy Life insurance Package of additional benefits (including vacation subsidy, employee referral program)
