A top consulting firm in South Africa is seeking a seasoned professional to lead business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in strategic consulting, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to deliver impactful projects across various sectors. Responsibilities include selling and delivering transformation projects, conducting diagnostics, and mentoring team members. This role demands strong communication and leadership skills to engage with stakeholders, build trust, and drive change. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, and process improvement.
