Senior Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

• Leading the development of brand and campaign strategies

• Ensuring alignment between client goals and creative results

• Leading consulting projects and developing client relationships according to their needs and goals

• Project management: coordinating timelines and workload across multiple strategists/analysts

• Reviewing and guiding team deliverables and coordinating with analysts

• Conducting brainstormings and strategic workshops; main point of contact for client stakeholders in supported accounts

• Responsibility for the strategic direction of key client accounts

• Strong skills in insights, frameworks, and the development of creative concepts

• Cross-channel know-how: Social, Brand, Digital, Performance, and Business

• Structured, clear, and confident communication

• Experience in mentoring and supervising associates or junior strategists on a project basis

• Pop culture knowledge, pitching experience, and proactive communication skills

• High level of resilience, team spirit, and prioritization competence
