Your Role

You solve business situations creatively and with strategic foresight? At gocomo, you develop brand and campaign strategies as well as organizational models that really show an impact. The perfect mix between consulting in communication and business.

You ensure that creative work always goes hand in hand with the goals of our customers and accompany exciting projects – internally and externally. As a central point of contact for strategic consulting, you stand by your customers and team with advice and support, and help implement high-quality strategies and concepts on a creative and business level.

Your Tasks

• Strategic leadership and supervision of customers as well as projects
• Development of strategies for brand, communication, campaigns, organization, and operating models
• Ensuring and consulting on the alignment between customer goals and creative results
• Leading consulting projects and building and maintaining customer relationships according to their needs and goals
• Translation of business goals into operative social media measures as well as coordination of schedules and resources in project management
• Reviewing deliverables, conducting strategy workshops (including top management) and supporting new business activities and pitches

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a marketing agency or consulting firm, with a completed Bachelor's degree (ideally with a focus on marketing and/or digitalization)
• Fundamental knowledge in marketing strategies, brand management, digital transformation, and conception
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills as well as strength in developing insights, frameworks, and creative concepts
• Broad cross-channel expertise (Social, Brand, Digital, Performance, Business)
• Experience in supervising associates or strategists
• High performance motivation, self-responsibility, and a willingness to shape, as well as excellent communication, team, and prioritization skills including fluent German and English language skills
