(Senior) Strategy & Business Performance Specialist (m/f/d)

For our growing team at the Karlsruhe location, we are looking for you full-time (40h) and with permanent employment as a (Senior) Strategy & Business Performance Specialist (m/f/d).

• You will coordinate the annual strategic planning, business reviews, and performance routines of the management team.
• You will steer selected cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation to follow-up and reporting.
• You will prepare management analyses, decision proposals, action recommendations, and concise presentations for top management.
• You will track strategic goals, KPIs, milestones, risks, and measures and escalate critical issues as needed.
• You will prepare documents for the Executive Leadership Team, the advisory board, and other committee-related meetings and ensure their quality.
• You will coordinate governance calendars, meeting preparation, action follow-up, decision protocols, and follow-up processes.

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in strategy, corporate development, management consulting, executive office, transformation PMO, corporate finance, governance, or business performance.
• You have proven direct collaboration with senior executives and cross-functional management teams.
• You possess strong analytical and business acumen, as well as experience in creating business cases, strategic analyses, KPI reporting, and management dashboards.
• Experience in project financing, large-scale projects, energy, raw materials, or infrastructure is an advantage.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365 applications; knowledge of Power BI, workflow tools, and AI-supported productivity solutions is desirable.
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
