As a (Senior) Strategy Associate (m/f/d) - Integration & Scaling, you will be centrally involved in the implementation of our integrations and scaling initiatives. You will work closely with the Group Head of Integration & Scaling and the COO and take responsibility for operational implementation across multiple companies. We need your support for this!

The Arsipa Group is a fast-growing, PE-backed group of companies in the Health, Safety & Environment sector, supported by Warburg Pincus. With over 1,000 employees, 20+ subsidiaries, and 48 locations in Germany and Austria, we are building a scalable platform with sustainable value creation as part of a clear buy-and-build strategy. Our goal: to become one of the leading providers in the German-speaking market - supported by central functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT at our Berlin location.

Your Tasks:

• Management & Performance

  • Support and partial independent management of Post-Merger Integrations (Day 1, 30, 60, 100)

  • Development and tracking of relevant KPIs (e.g., Time-to-Integration, Synergies, Performance)

  • Analysis of the performance of individual companies and derivation of concrete measures

  • Ensuring that defined initiatives are implemented operationally

• Development & Scaling

  • Implementation of group-wide standards (SOPs, Governance, Structures) in the individual units

  • Participation in the development of a scalable operating model

  • Integration of new companies into existing structures

  • Identification and implementation of best practices across multiple companies

  • Close cooperation with the management of the subsidiaries for the further development of their units

• Close cooperation with:

  • local stakeholders

  • Management of the subsidiaries

Your Starting Requirements:

• Several years of experience in strategy & consulting, private equity, start-up/scale-up, or a comparable environment with an operational focus

• Initial experience in integration, transformation, or multi-company setups

• Ability to drive and implement topics independently

• High implementation strength, analytical thinking, and pragmatic working style
