What awaits you:

• Development and implementation of sourcing strategies for demanding CAPEX projects

• Conducting contract and condition negotiations for toolings, auxiliary, and operating supplies

• Analysis and optimization of relevant product groups in strategic and operational procurement

• Consulting on tenders and support for various departments within CAPEX projects

• Carrying out supplier evaluations, supplier development, and management meetings with strategically relevant suppliers

• Identification and evaluation of suitable suppliers as well as implementation of corresponding procurement processes

• Management of procurement in the product group Tools and Operating Supplies

Certain professional and personal prerequisites are helpful for this position. The following requirements give you an overview of which experiences and qualities are beneficial for this role.

What you should bring:

• Completed degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study

• Several years of professional experience in procurement, especially in supplier negotiations and supplier development

• Sound knowledge in strategic procurement and product group management

• Strong legal understanding of contract and procurement topics in an industrial environment

• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and professional demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders

• Negotiation-level German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Willingness to attend on-site appointments and regular supplier visits
