Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description As a Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and securing top talent to AECOM. You will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. * Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events. * Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. * Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies. * Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. * Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies. * Strong sourcing skills, including experience with online job boards and social media. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
