Position Overview About the Role We are seeking a Strategic Procurement professional with experience supporting sourcing initiatives and supplier relationships within fuel, energy, transportation, and logistics-related industries. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement strategies, market trends, and supply chain management principles. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions and optimize supply chain performance. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track procurement performance and identify areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field. • Proven track record of delivering cost savings, improving quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective procurement strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
