Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions. • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial performance. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with sourcing and supply chain operations. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with procurement software and systems.
