What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for: • Designing and implementing statistical methods for clinical trials, including data analysis and interpretation; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop study protocols and statistical analysis plans; • Providing expert statistical guidance to ensure the integrity and quality of trial results; • Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support trial operations; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in biostatistics. What We’re Looking For: • A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience as a Biostatistician / Senior Biostatistician in the pharmaceutical industry; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; • Proficiency in statistical software such as R, SAS, or Python.
