Senior Startup & Innovation Manager (m/w/d)

In this Senior position, you will work at the strategic interface between start-ups and partner organizations.

The focus lies on the conceptual and content-related accompaniment of start-ups, the initiation of joint projects, as well as the further development of existing cooperations.

Aufgaben

• Identification, selection, and professional evaluation of start-ups in the field of Bioökonomie and AgriFood-Tech
• Strategic accompaniment and coaching of founding teams at different stages of development
• Participation in the initiation and design of joint projects between start-ups and partners
• Maintenance and further development of relationships to start-ups, partners, and other stakeholders
• Collaboration on the further development of programs, formats, and the innovation environment at RootCamp
• Representation of RootCamp at professional and network events

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of relevant work experience in a start-up, innovation, or corporate environment
• Experience in cooperation with start-ups as well as in project-based cooperations Accelerator, Corporate Innovation, or own foundation
• Able to structure complex topics and bring together different interests
• Very good project management and communication skills
• Independent, responsible work style and strategic thinking ability
• Regional proximity to the Region Hannover or willingness to work here long-term
• Very good German and English language skills
