Senior Staff Nurse (Clinic)

Job description

Key Responsibilities: Patient Care & Clinical Support Schedule patient appointments and make reminder calls. Manage patient enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Assist the doctor during consultations and clinic procedures. Scrub in with the doctor to Operating Theatre when required. Arrange radiology exams, laboratory tests, and other investigations; track reports for follow-up visits. Provide clear instructions to patients regarding ordered tests and procedures. Coordinate surgical procedures and ensure that all necessary equipment is available. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and test results. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
