Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer (Video Insights)

About the team: Join our Video CoE team as a Senior ML Engineer focused on fine-tuning and optimizing large-scale machine learning models for video insights. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality machine learning models that drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: • Developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models using various frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into larger systems and applications. • Designing and implementing experiments to evaluate the performance of machine learning models and identifying areas for improvement. • Developing and maintaining documentation for machine learning models, including data dictionaries, feature descriptions, and model architectures. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and applying this knowledge to improve our video insights capabilities. • Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on best practices for machine learning development. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring that the team's machine learning code is maintainable, efficient, and well-documented. • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our data assets and applying this knowledge to improve our video insights capabilities. • Collaborating with other teams to integrate machine learning models into larger systems and applications. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using various frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with large-scale data processing and analytics tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or AWS Glue. • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality reduction. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
