uRemoTech is a 100 % remote IT consulting firm with its headquarters in Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein.
We support companies throughout Germany in implementing modern infrastructure, cloud, and software solutions.
In recent years, we have successfully implemented projects for well-known customers such as Daimler, the German Football Association (DFB), and E.ON.

Tasks

• Setup, operation, and further development of infrastructure based on VMs as well as Kubernetes / OpenShift
• Work with private and public cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Implementation of CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes.
• Monitoring of environments including automated alerting
• Technical consulting and collaboration with our customers

Qualification

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift (alternatively: Managed Services like EKS, AKS or GKE)
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Praxis with CI/CD and GitOps tools (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, Flux CD)
• Good knowledge in the field of automation and deployment processes
• Very good German and good English skills
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Flexibilität für Remote-Arbeit und gelegentliche Vor-Ort-Termine.

Desirable:

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
• Knowledge in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience in consulting projects or direct customer contact
