We are looking for a Senior Specialist (m/f/d) Total Bank Control at our client's location in Straubing.

Tasks

• Conception, further development and interpretation of complex control-relevant analyses and reports
• Drawing of well-founded recommendations for management
• Participation in the creation and further development of the overall risk profile and integration into total bank control
• Collaboration in cross-sectional projects
• Further development of methods and processes in the control environmentCritical analysis and validation of existing risk measurement methods
• Perspective leadership and mentoring as team leader of an 8-member reporting and accounting team

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a banking education with corresponding further education or studies in economics, financial mathematics, business informatics or a comparable field
• Multiple years of relevant professional experience in total bank control, risk controlling or a similar function in the financial services sector
• In-depth understanding of banking control mechanisms and regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, Basel III/IV)
• Fundamental knowledge of banking supervisory law, German commercial and tax law, and RechKredV desirable
• Leadership experience desired
