Senior Specialist for AV Deployment

Contract Type: Full-time, limited to 12 months (possibility of conversion to permanent employment)

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for project planning, including schedule management, risk analysis, and clear communication of all project objectives to internal and external stakeholders

• Coordination and collaboration with international teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery – including budget control, technical monitoring, and installation management

• Conducting value engineering sessions with contractors, considering budget, quality, and design specifications

• Collaboration with architects, construction managers, suppliers, and logistics teams to specify and implement global AV design standards

• Overseeing the entire construction and installation process – from the initial concept phase to final handover – including compliance with global standards

• Organizing and scheduling technicians, programmers, and engineers according to project milestones

• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical problems, as well as addressing site-specific challenges

• Regular quality control of installation work by external suppliers and contractors – before and after commissioning

Your Profile

• Demonstrable practical experience in AV collaboration, room integration, and project management

• In-depth understanding of AV system architecture, AV functionalities, and installation processes and techniques

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD

• Experience with AV signal management, touch panels, advanced AV troubleshooting, and maintenance

• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, as well as strong organizational talent and resilience

• Ability to read and interpret technical project documents (e.g., technical drawings, architectural plans, schedules, testing and commissioning documents)

• Good knowledge of audio/video protocols and ideally experience with Crestron programming and DSP configuration files

• High degree of self-motivation, multitasking ability, and the capacity to work in a dynamic environment

• Excellent communication, customer service, and IT skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours, shift patterns, and undertake business travel
