(Senior) Specialist Compensation with Focus on SAP HCM (m/w/d)

Tasks

• You will take on an active role as Key/Power User in the SAP S/4HANA transformation project together with the commissioned consulting firm and shape the future HR and payroll processes with.
• You will identify professional requirements from various departments, participate in the redesign of compensation and HR processes in SAP HCM (PA/PY) – including interfaces with and steer tests and accompany rollouts.
• Support teams in the personnel department with SAP-HCM-related questions, create guidelines, and conduct training/workshops.
• You will be a point of contact for colleagues and management regarding compensation-relevant and system-technical issues.
• You ensure compliance with tariff and statutory regulations (including TV-L, TV-Ä, Verdi, and labor tax and social insurance law) and continuously improve data and process quality.
• You will be responsible for SAP HCM in compensation processing and ensure a smooth compensation processing process.

Qualification

• You bring several years of experience in compensation processing with SAP HCM (PA & PY) and are familiar with compensation-relevant master data and processes.
• You have practice in the hospital environment and/or public service and know complex tariff structures (e.g. TV-L, TV-Ä, Verdi).
• Experience in HR digitalization or transformation projects as a Key User/Power User or experience in SAP S/4 Hana projects is ideal.
• You have good knowledge of labor tax and social insurance law and the application of collective bargaining agreements.
• You are an analytical, structured, and service-oriented person with excellent communication and consulting skills and drive changes actively forward.
• You master German very well (at least C1) and English fairly well (at least B2).
