Your Role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist based in Bendigo, you’ll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include dysphagia management, clinic-based service development, and supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver advanced Speech Pathology interventions in swallowing and communication. Drive innovation in clinic-based service models. Provide specialist consultation for complex cases. Mentor junior therapists and supervise students. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. Membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia. Expertise in dysphagia and mealtime management. Experience in evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
