Job description
You'll find autonomy, structure and a deeply supportive clinical culture. Speech Pathologists to work with a mixed-aged caseload with a more predominant role within paediatrics. Locatd North Lake, South of the river.

- $80,000 - $115,000 salary + super (or up to 70% contractor billings) based on experience

- Strong PD allowance of $3,500 annually to support career growth and skill development
- Flexible roster and hybrid delivery 70% community, 30% clinic
- Travel reimbursed, phone and laptop provided
- Established multidisciplinary team: 6 psychiatrists, 4 psychologists, 2 OTs (one senior)
- Allied health and mental health integration under NDIS and private billing (80/20 split)
- Clients present with autism, ADHD, acquired brain injury and related communication needs
- Community services tailored to the client: school, home, or mutually agreed locations
- Speech pathology work supports communication goals, mealtime management and client care planning in mental health
- Fortnightly clinical supervision tailored to your experience and comfort level
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary support from psychiatrists, psychologists and OTs
- Paediatric and adult caseloads provide variety and opportunities for specialisation
- Structured onboarding with shadowing and gradual independence
- Flexibility to complete clinical notes from home when preferred
- Monthly social events and annual team celebrations
- Clear pathway for progression as the service expands paediatric care

- Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Working with Children Checks and NDIS workers' clearance
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Experience of 2 years or more
