Senior Specialist – Video Motion Graphics Designer

Job Summary: As a Video Motion Graphics Designer within MINDSPRINT Intelligent Enterprise Operations (IEO), the role is primarily responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality corporate and brand-led video content for internal and external communication. The role partners with global business stakeholders, leadership teams, marketing, and brand functions to translate business narratives, product stories, and communication objectives into engaging, professional video content. In addition to creating compelling visual storytelling, the Senior Specialist will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a library of reusable motion graphics assets that can be leveraged across various internal and external communications. This role requires strong collaboration skills, creative vision, and technical expertise in motion graphics design. Key responsibilities include: • Conceptualizing and designing high-quality video content that aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines; • Collaborating with global stakeholders to develop compelling narratives and storyboards for video content; • Designing and developing motion graphics assets, including animations, transitions, and visual effects; • Maintaining a library of reusable motion graphics assets and ensuring consistency across all communications; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design and video production. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics Design, Visual Effects, or related field; • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, video production, or a related field; • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in motion graphics design; • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop); • Experience with motion graphics software such as Blender, Nuke, or Houdini is an asset; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
