Senior Specialist Solution Architect

Serve as a technical expert and use your business insight to present executive lT leadership with a compelling business case to invest in Red Hat's Application Services solutions. The Office of Technology team is looking for a Senior Specialist Solutions Architect to join us in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will support Red Hat Application Services and OpenShift sales efforts. You'll collaborate with the Sales team and technical delivery teams to bring our customers the best solutions for their requirements. You will also be responsible for understanding customer needs and translating them into technical requirements, as well as providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your technical aptitude and expand your knowledge of our offerings. What you will do: * Work with Red Hat Sales to identify, qualify, and close opportunities related to Red Hat Application Services and OpenShift. * Provide technical expertise throughout the sales process, including presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept. * Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. * Collaborate with the Sales team and technical delivery teams to bring our customers the best solutions for their requirements. * Stay up-to-date on the latest Red Hat Application Services and OpenShift technologies and offerings. * Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders. What you will bring: * 5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or consulting role. * Experience with cloud-native technologies and container orchestration platforms, such as Kubernetes and OpenShift. * Experience with application development and deployment. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal. The following are considered a plus: * Experience with Red Hat Application Services. * Experience with public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. * Experience with DevOps methodologies.
