DESCRIPTION•Attract and select talent using multiple recruitment channels and ATS. •Conduct interviews and follow up on candidates throughout the process. •Manage hiring and onboarding processes. •Coordinate university partnerships and job fairs. •Track recruitment metrics and drive continuos improvement. •Participation in internal and external audits.•Supplier management.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or related•+3 years of experience in recruitment •+6 months of experience in the automotive
industry•English (Fluent)
