What awaits you

• Independent Case Management: You will handle legal cases for private and corporate clients, particularly in the area of labor law. Your consultations will be primarily by telephone.
• Use of AI: Smart AI tools will be available to you in your daily work, allowing you to work efficiently and focus on what's essential.
• Legal Advice with a Modern Twist: You will analyze various situations and solve problems in a straightforward, pragmatic, and customer-oriented manner.
• Negotiations: You will conduct oral and written negotiations with insured persons, opposing parties, lawyers, and authorities.

What you bring with you

• You have a Swiss university degree in law (MLaw), a bar admission is an advantage.
• You have already gained and applied practical professional experience in the field of labor law.
• You are a strong communicator and can convey complex issues understandably and empathetically. You also possess unbeatable negotiation skills. Foreign languages are an advantage.
• Your customers' satisfaction is important to you, and you are committed to fulfilling their needs in the best possible way.
• At the same time, you have a basic economic understanding and know how to weigh costs and benefits in case management and interpret case-relevant figures.
• Endless file studies are not your style - you work efficiently, solution-oriented, and pragmatically.
• You remain calm even in hectic times.
• You are IT-savvy and open to integrating AI tools into your daily work.
