What We're Looking For You'll be a highly motivated and results-driven professional with: • 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Japanese language fluency (reading and writing).
