This position focuses on the identification, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery of security incidents within Cortex XSOAR environments. The Incident Handler will collaborate with various teams, including security analysts, threat intelligence analysts, and other technical specialists, to effectively respond to and mitigate security incidents. **Responsibilities:** * Conducting detailed incident analysis, including identifying the root cause, scope, and impact of security incidents. * Utilizing security tools and technologies to investigate and respond to security incidents. * Developing and implementing incident response plans and procedures. * Leading and coordinating incident response activities, including communication with stakeholders. * Providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members. * Creating and maintaining incident documentation, including reports and logs. * Identifying and implementing security improvements to prevent future incidents. * Staying up-to-date on the latest threat intelligence and security trends. * Participating in security awareness training and education programs. * Participating in on-call rotation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity incident response. * In-depth knowledge of security incident handling methodologies and frameworks. * Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems. * Hands-on experience with Cortex XSOAR and/or similar SOAR platforms. * Strong understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network protocols. * Experience with threat intelligence analysis and dissemination. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing (Advanced English Level). * Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certifications are a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Professional development opportunities * Flexible work arrangements KPMG Technology Services Americas is an equal opportunity employer.
