Aufgaben

What's expected of you?

Development and presentation of offers – you develop individual offers for our customers and present them convincingly in close exchange with the Sales Team.

• Integrated marketing and sales activities – you think marketing and sales together and set measures to strategically and operationally link both areas.
• Hubspot CRM management – you maintain and structure our CRM system, steer automations, and ensure that leads are efficiently developed further.
• Sales and Marketing Strategy – you actively contribute to the development and implementation of our strategic orientation with and bring your ideas for optimizing our market position into play.
• Project responsibility – you keep budgets in mind and report to management.
• Agile work environment – you work in an agile team from various departments within an international agency network together and take responsibility for yourself and support others in achieving common goals and developing further.
• Team player mentality – you work closely with colleagues from PR and Marketing, actively participate in meetings and sprints, and shape our agile processes with.
• Modern Sales Tech stack – you work daily with Basecamp, Trello, Slack, and HubSpot.
• Collaboration in cross-sectional online marketing projects

Qualifikation

You bring:

• Passion & experience in digital marketing and sales – ideally as a generalist with an overview of multiple disciplines
• Independent, structured working style with entrepreneurial thinking
• Pleasure in communication, consulting, and building long-term customer relationships
• Interest in tools, automation, and data-driven optimization
• High motivation, organizational talent, and reliability
• Strong analytical skills for strategy development from data
• Professional appearance in customer communication
• Project management knowledge, particularly in customer work
• Good Excel skills
• Very good English skills

In addition to our numerous benefits, you can expect a competitive starting salary between €36,000 and €55,000 per year in full-time employment. The starting salary is based on your qualifications and professional experience.
