Senior Specialist AI / KI Innovation (m/w/d)

MGRP is a top management consulting boutique for IT strategy and sourcing.

Tasks

• Accompanying the development and implementation of MGRP's company-wide AI strategy, as well as identifying AI use cases within the company.
• Developing, introducing, and optimizing AI-supported workflows and automations.
• BUILDING, MAINTAINING, AND FURTHER DEVELOPING A CLOUD-BASED INFRASTRUCTURE FOR VARIOUS AI APPLICATION CASES AS WELL AS INTRODUCING SUITABLE AI TOOLS AND PLATFORMS.
• Multiplying KI themes within the company.
• Codetermining governance, data protection, and quality standards for the use of AI.
• Additional support on our customer projects in analyzing existing business processes, identifying suitable AI application cases, conceiving and accompanying PoCs as part of AI transformations or supporting workshops, management presentations, and innovation formats.

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of (business-) informatics, data science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience with a focus on AI, data analytics, digitalization, or innovation.
• Very good understanding of current AI technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Process Automation, and Agent-Based Systems.
• Practical experience in operating and administering AI environments as well as implementing AI applications.
• Safe handling of AI and automation tools like n8n, Openclaw, Openrouter, Co-Pilot Studio, PowerAutomate…
• Knowledge in Prompt Engineering, AI Governance, and Data Protection in the context of AI.
• Experience in project management as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• High quality awareness, self-initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies and digital trends.
• Fluent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking.
