Role Purpose

Ensure the efficient and optimal conduct of procurement processes for IT&C products, services, and solutions (hardware, software, licenses, IT infrastructure, telecom services, and cybersecurity), by identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating commercial and contractual terms, managing commercial relationships, and optimizing costs, in order to support the company's operational and strategic objectives.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Ø  Manages assigned IT&C procurement projects and ensures their completion under optimal cost, quality, and delivery terms;

Ø  Analyzes internal needs and identifies appropriate technical and commercial solutions for the procurement of equipment, software applications, licenses, cloud services, telecommunications, and cybersecurity;

Ø  Conducts market research and compares supplier offers to identify the most advantageous solutions;

Ø  Selects, qualifies, and periodically re-evaluates IT&C product and service suppliers; continuously updates the database of approved suppliers;

Ø  Requests, analyzes, and compares technical and commercial offers for IT&C products and services;

Ø  Negotiates prices, payment terms, contractual conditions, service levels (SLA), warranties, and technical support conditions;

Ø  Develops, reviews, and monitors contracts with suppliers and partners in the IT&C field;

Ø  Collaborates with the IT, Legal, Finance, and Technical departments to validate specifications and contractual documentation;

Ø  Conducts the entire procurement process, from identifying the need and market analysis to contracting and issuing orders;

Ø  Monitors budgets allocated to IT&C projects and tracks the optimization of procurement costs;

Ø  Manages project-related documentation (offers, contracts, SLAs, licenses, certificates, delivery deadlines, INCOTERMS, etc.);

Ø  Monitors the product lifecycle and informs stakeholders about End of Life (EOL), End of Sale (EOS) situations, or manufacturer portfolio changes;

Ø  Validates and transmits documents necessary for the supply and reception process;

Ø  Uses ERP Navision to verify offers, validate commercial data, and support order issuance;

Ø  Coordinates import-export and customs clearance formalities for IT&C equipment and components purchased from outside the European Union;

Ø  Maintains efficient commercial relationships with IT&C manufacturers, distributors, and integrators;

Ø  Develops reports, analyses, and performance indicators regarding procurement activities and supplier management.

Our Requirements

·        Completed university studies, preferably in economics, technical, IT, telecommunications, or legal fields;

·        Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, of which at least 2 years in IT&C procurement;

·        Experience in procuring IT equipment, software, licenses, cloud services, IT infrastructure, or telecommunications services;

·        Knowledge of the IT&C market, manufacturers, distributors, and software licensing models;

·        Knowledge of public procurement processes and the use of the SEAP platform (advantage);

·        Knowledge of customs formalities and import-export processes;

·        Understanding of basic technical concepts in IT&C (servers, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud, software licensing);

·        Knowledge of primary accounting (advantage);

·        Solid negotiation and supplier management skills;

·        Advanced PC operation skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel);

·        Experience working in an ERP system (Navision is an advantage);

·        English language – intermediate-advanced level, used in communication with international suppliers and manufacturers;

·        Very good verbal and written communication skills;

·        Ability to analyze and interpret technical and commercial offers;

·        Results-oriented and cost optimization focus;

·        Organizational, planning, and prioritization skills;

·        Attention to detail and rigor in document administration;

·        Integrity, responsibility, and ethical conduct;

·        Proactive attitude and solution-oriented approach;
