Senior Spacecraft Operations Engineer

The rockets and satellites we build and launch enable some of the most ambitious and vital space missions globally, supporting scientific exploration, Earth observation and missions to combat climate change, national security, and exciting new technology demonstrations. We are looking for a Senior Spacecraft Operations Engineer who will be responsible for the overall operations of our spacecraft, including planning, execution, and monitoring of launch campaigns, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for space exploration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in spacecraft operations, with a focus on launch campaigns, mission planning, and execution. Experience with rocket systems, propulsion systems, and/or satellite systems is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
