Senior Spa Therapist

About The Role | Te mahi An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Senior Spa Therapist to join the team at the beautiful and modern Moss Spa, within the Sudima Christchurch City. We are looking for a passionate and customer focused therapist who is willing to exceed guest’s expectations with memorable spa treatments and service. This is a permanent full-time role with a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week, with a pay rate of $30 per hour. Weekends availability is a must. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional spa treatments to guests, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapies. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized service and attention to detail. * Collaborate with the Spa Manager to create and implement treatment menus, promotions, and special events. * Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. * Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the Moss Spa. Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a similar modern spa environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management. * Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods. * Current New Zealand Spa Therapy qualification or equivalent. * Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
