Senior Sous Chef - Franschhoek Fine Dining Cuisine

This Ultra Fine Dining restaurant in Franschhoek has continued to achieve one success after another offering a relaxed and contemporary decor with an international cuisine style that blends the most sophisticated European, Asian & SA elements, making this one of its kind not only in the Winelands but within South Africa ProStaffSelect are in search of a multi-talented, creative and culinary focused SOUS CHEF to take on production and service duties on this small brigade of only 11 chefs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, able to multitask, and has the ability to think outside the box. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar fine dining environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes consistently. In addition, they should be familiar with food safety regulations, have knowledge of menu planning, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
