About the Role (your why) As a Senior Solution Specialist, you will be a key member of our Information Management and Productivity Solutions team working alongside customers to co-create solutions that transform and modernise the way they work. You will consult on, design, build, and support end to end solutions for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other related technologies. This role is all about empowering organisations to achieve their goals through innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs. • Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end solutions for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other related technologies. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the solution lifecycle. • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the Microsoft ecosystem. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Contribute to the development of new solutions and services that leverage the power of Microsoft 365. • Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote our solutions and services. • Collaborate with other teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. • Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge in areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. • Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. What You'll Need (your qualifications) To be successful in this role, you will need: • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. • At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other related technologies. • Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and its various components. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. • Experience working in a customer-facing role or providing exceptional customer service. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
